Current Consumption Numbers

Lauren, our incredible designer and researcher, has run the latest numbers available for animal consumption. Because of increases in average animal weight, and changes / decreases in consumption patterns, in 2010, the average person in the US consumed:

22.25 chickens
0.70 turkey
0.30 pig
0.11 cow
0.02 lamb

Initial numbers would indicate the trend has continued down (more detail) since 2010.
