I gave a copy of the Guide to the former vegan I told you about and she said,  "Awesome! It's one of the most comprehensive guides that I've seen nutrition-wise, and a lot of those recipes look really yummy!"

I also gave a copy to my friend who I've been talking to about factory farm cruelty and reducing meat (especially poultry) and this morning he sent me two texts:

1. "Hey I just thought of something. If vitamin B12 is mainly found in meat, where do they get it to put it in vitamin supplements?"
2. "Oh haha page 18 from bacteria culture."
